If a placement we make doesn’t meet your requirements during the first 3 months, we’ll replace them at no additional cost*.
The guarantee period is 3 months, commencing on the date the candidate begins employment.
In the event that the candidate leaves a client’s employ or proves unsatisfactory for a designated role within the 3 month guarantee period, Your Move Personnel will replace that candidate at no charge to the client (excepting any advertising costs). The guarantee only applies if the invoice has been paid according to our normal terms of business.
