INTERVIEWS

All consultants at Your Move Personnel understand the importance of personally interviewing each candidate that we consider introducing to our clients. That is why we will never send a candidate for a position unless they have been through our screening process. This includes candidates being screened telephonically, face to face, personally interviewed, and assessed. Targeted, selection and company based interviews are conducted to get the best results. Our consultants interview candidates to ensure that they meet the specific job requirements and have the required skill sets.

Reference and background checks are essentials when it comes to our candidates. As such, they are always completed in full. We complete detailed references on each candidate before introducing anyone to a position.

Your Move Personnel has a comprehensive database of quality candidates available for both permanent and contract positions. Growing daily, our consultants are focused on developing our database network by acquiring suitable candidates for all positions we recruit for. Once we have been briefed on a client’s regular recruitment requirements, we immediately proceed to develop a database of specific candidates which could be seen at short notice. Great effort is made to ensure our database is maintained with accurate up to date information on currently available candidates. We offer fantastic service to our candidates, with state of the art personnel services.

We provide clients with professional and detailed applicant CVs. All clients will receive a detailed CV presented in PDF format which will also include a professional photograph of the candidate from our interview with them.

TURN AROUND TIME

Going the extra mile is the norm with Your Move Personnel. Failure to meet our client's requirements is simply not an option. Therefore, we work towards a quick turnaround time. The turnaround time for the recruitment and selection within our company is usually between 24 hours and one week. This heavily depends on the seniority and/or specialisation of each position being filled.
